I don’t sleep well and I’m terrible sitting on a couch for more than a few minutes.  Being a night person is what it is.  Shooting live music is a calling, I’ve been shooting shows for about 30 years.

The challenge is always the same “showing the artist in the best possible light”.

Shooting in the pit makes for a great close up but so often the sweet spot is 20 feet back from the pit.

Expression & a new angle of view, the challenge of accomplishing that in the first 3 songs is what this is all about.  Every artist has a good side – study images of the artist before the gig it’s a first step.
